How the modules work together

One hour, one ticket, one invoice. All on the same data foundation.

The real advantage of teamspace is not the feature list, it is their shared foundation. Data is captured once and available everywhere, with no interfaces to maintain and no double entry.

  • Lead → project

An accepted quote becomes a project with budget and team automatically.

  • Project → hours → invoice

Tracked hours land on the project and become the invoice basis. No CSV export in between.

  • Ticket → effort → billing

Service tickets capture effort directly, then either drawn from an hour pool or billed separately.

What a services platform must do

What features a professional services platform needs.

Software for professional services bundles the tools a project-based firm runs its day on: tracking time, steering projects, billing, managing sales and clients in a CRM, handling requests through a service desk, running HR and working together as a team. What matters is not the length of the list, but that these tools share the same data. An hour booked today then belongs to the project, the invoice and the utilisation view at once, without anyone re-keying it.

  • Steering: run sales, projects and clients in one place.
  • Delivery: capture time, tasks and requests where the work happens.
  • Billing: turn captured work into an invoice without re-entry.

Pricing and full feature list

Made in Germany

Every module. One hosting in Frankfurt. One privacy standard.

Whichever module you activate, hosting, security, privacy and contracting partner are identical. No module-specific cloud providers, no hidden data flows.

  • One hosting for every module

ISO-27001-certified data centre in Frankfurt am Main, EU processing only.

  • One GDPR data processing agreement

One DPA covers every module, not one per module.

  • One contracting partner

5 POINT AG under German law. Data processing by teamspace exclusively within the EU, no data flows to third countries.

Central orange security shield with a checkmark, surrounded by four compliance badges: GDPR compliant (Art. 5, 25, 32 and DPA standard); ISO-27001-certified data centre in Frankfurt with annual audit; GoBD mode activatable for 10-year audit-proof retention; Made in Germany by 5 POINT AG in Darmstadt with development and support.

Step by step

Start with one module, add more any time.

No one has to roll out all nine modules at once. Many teams start with time tracking and projects, then add billing and CRM later. Switch on a module and the existing data links up automatically where it fits: the client from CRM shows up in the project, the hour on the project lands on the invoice.

A later expansion is therefore not a data migration, just a checkbox. What you do not need today, you activate when the time comes.

Frequently asked questions about features

Are the modules truly integrated?
Yes. A time entry appears in the project automatically, becomes the basis for the invoice and flows into reporting. No manual transfers, no interfaces to maintain.
Which modules are in which edition?
teamspace comes in three editions, built cumulatively. light includes time tracking, teamwork and HR basics. office adds project management, billing, CRM and the service desk. enterprise adds capacity planning, quality management, incoming invoices, DATEV and the REST API. Details and pricing on the pricing page.
Is there an API?
Yes. teamspace exposes a REST API for exporting and importing data or integrating with your own tools, for example BI, accounting or in-house apps.
Are mobile devices supported?
Yes. teamspace runs as an installable web app (PWA) on iOS and Android, on your home screen like an app, plus a fully responsive web interface in the browser. Time tracking, travel expenses and documents are available on the go (with an active connection).
How does the Microsoft Teams integration work?
Teams meetings can be created in the teamspace calendar and joined straight from it. Teams calls appear in an overview and in the CRM call list; per call you can log hours, add CRM notes, create tickets or schedule follow-ups. More on Microsoft Teams integration.
Can we activate only selected modules?
Yes. You choose the modules that matter to you. Data for other modules only appears once you activate them, so the system stays cleanly structured.
Can modules be added later?
Yes, at any time. Existing data is linked automatically where it fits. No migration needed.
