Cookies
This website uses technically necessary cookies for operation as well as one cookie from our consent tool (“klaro-consent”), in which your privacy settings are stored. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure.
Optional cookies are only set after you have given your explicit consent via the privacy banner. The optional services that can be activated are described in the “Tools we use” section (e.g. Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager).
Most of the cookies we use are “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognise your browser the next time you visit.
You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies, allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Cookies necessary for the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you have requested are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of services.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal email is sufficient.

We collect, process and use personal data on the use of our websites (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill for it. The customer data collected is deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
5. Tools we use
Meeting booking via Zeeg
On the book a call page, the booking widget of Zeeg GmbH is embedded, allowing you to choose a consulting appointment directly. The provider is Zeeg GmbH, Schwedter Straße 9b, 10119 Berlin, Germany.
The booking widget is not loaded automatically when the page opens. Instead, you first see a placeholder with a button (“Load booking calendar”). Only when you actively click it is the Zeeg script loaded and a connection to Zeeg’s servers established. Until then, no data is transmitted to Zeeg. After loading, or when you book, personal data (in particular the information entered for the booking as well as IP address and browser data) may be transmitted to Zeeg. The data processing serves to provide the booking function and is required for the initiation of a consultation.
The legal basis is your consent given by actively clicking “Load booking calendar” (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) as well as Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) when you make a booking. More information on data protection at Zeeg can be found at https://zeeg.me/en/legal/privacy.
YouTube videos (no-cookie mode)
On individual pages of this website (e.g. getting started), YouTube videos are embedded. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The videos are embedded in such a way that no connection to YouTube servers is established when the page loads. Only when you actively click the preview image of a video is the connection to youtube-nocookie.com established, a more privacy-friendly variant of YouTube without tracking cookies. On click, data (in particular IP address and browser information) is transmitted to Google’s servers.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent through active click). For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

The Outlook add-in for teamspace is intended exclusively for use by teamspace customers. A valid teamspace licence and the minimum version specified in the add-in description are required for use. The add-in may retrieve information from your device to interact with the teamspace business software by transmitting the IP addresses of the service, the tenant name and your client ID during the session. This information is stored on our servers in Frankfurt am Main.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are disabled by default and are only loaded and active once you have given your explicit consent via the privacy banner. To anonymise the data, your IP address is shortened before being stored (IP anonymisation).
For the data transfer to Google LLC in the USA, the standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR apply, as well as Google’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the privacy banner. For more information on data protection at Google Analytics, see https://policies.google.com/privacy.
